About Us

We’re Arun and Lugman, an engineering duo who came together with a shared goal: making AI reliable and accessible for real-world use.

When we started working in AI, we saw the same gap everywhere. AI looked impressive in demos, but real business use cases were decided by different things: cost, latency, accuracy, and privacy. The model mattered, but the bigger challenge was building the right architecture around it.

That is what pulled us in.

We realized production AI is not about plugging in a model and hoping for the best. It takes research, testing, and system design. You have to understand the problem deeply, evaluate multiple approaches, and find the setup that actually works under real constraints. That process is hard, but we found it meaningful, and we got very good at it.

Madhi AI exists because this is the work we care about most. We understand both the power and the limits of AI, and we design end to end agentic systems that are built for production, not just demos. We focus on what matters in the real world: stable performance, predictable cost, strong accuracy, and the right privacy and governance choices.

We only do AI, and that focus shapes how we work. We bring engineering discipline to every project, from evaluation and failure testing to deployment and monitoring, so what you ship keeps working as usage grows.

Madhi means "intelligence" in Tamil. That is our north star. We help companies build intelligence that is grounded in their workflows, trusted by their teams, and ready for real operations.
