We’re Arun and Lugman, an engineering duo who came together with a shared goal: making AI reliable and useful in the real world.

When we started working in AI, we saw the same gap everywhere. Demos looked impressive, but production was decided by very different things: accuracy, cost, latency, privacy, and reliability. That is what pulled us in. We became obsessed with what it actually takes to make these systems work under real constraints. It is not just about choosing a model, but designing the intelligence around it.

That work led us to a core belief: Every company should own its intelligence.

That is why we built Madhi AI.

We are a research-first, applied AI company. We experiment with new architectures, evaluation methods, and agent design, then turn what works into production-grade systems built around real business constraints. Whether that means engineering autonomous agents to execute complex internal workflows, or building rigorous memory pipelines to ensure a model is perfectly grounded in your proprietary data, our work sits at the intersection of research and engineering.

Madhi means "intelligence" in Tamil. That is our north star.
